This past weekend I was drawing at the cpdsa skate circle in Central Park. Sara Haines and her film crew showed up to shoot the skaters! It was great! The world is getting smaller, every minute of every day. What happens in Japan affects all of us. Their tragedy is our tragedy, their loss, our loss. Our hope is their hope, our persistence is their persistence, our strength is their strength. Give to Japan. Margaret Hurst IN RESPONSE TO THE RECENT TERRIBLE EARTHQUAKE IN [...]

Last week Veronica Lawlor and I went down to the Halloween Parade in the Village to make some drawings. We had a great time drawing together! My niece, Alison was also there with her friend, Trinka. It was one wild and crazy costume after another. Great night.
