Photograph in New York Living Magazine
My photograph was chosen for this months edition of New York Living Magazine. If you’d like to see it please go to Donna Livingston’s site, www.boxofcrayonsny.com, and then go to the “press” category. This photograph was taken at the Louvre Museum in Paris, France while fellow associate, Veronica Lawlor and I were conducting a reportage class. It is “The Winged Victory of Samothrace,” carved in the 3rd Century B.C. by an unknown Greek artist. I like to call her, goddess Nike. I spent quite a bit of time looking at this incredible statue. I also have the honor of appearing with my studio 1482 associate, Kati Nawrocki, in this same issue.

Wow – that’s really beautiful. I love the symbol the wing against the window makes. It really makes me miss Paris!

Margaret, I love that image. I had no idea it was yours. Our managing editor wanted to place Box of Crayons in the Design News section. When I asked for credit info I got what I have listed. Do you need copies of the magazine? If you do, I can mail you some. I love the image.
